When I asked the Cosmic Mother, the Mother of All Creation and the Trinity Council of Light for a brief overview for the Practical Mastery™ training manual this is what I was told:

“You are about to embark on a most amazing journey that will allow you to soar to greater heights of GOD and to greater heights of activating the GOD within you all. If you are drawn to learn this work then you are ready to claim your place among the masters that walk this earth in your most sacred mission for the Divine. We rejoice in your choice to shine! 

Practical Mastery™ is not so much a healing modality but a set of tools for activating and accessing the divine within you. Each person’s experience with Practical Mastery™ will be as unique as the individual him/herself. These tools will propel you into greater levels of your mastery that no one healing modality on this planet can offer at this time. These tools are a special dispensation offered to those masters here on the planet that are ready to soar to their next levels of their mastery that are beyond the teachings of any one healing modality available on this planet as of November 2005. 

For those who are drawn to this work, it is time to remember your greatness and to bring that greatness forward in a world that is seeking to know greater levels of GOD. These tools will assist you to be the emissaries of GOD to bring that light and love through to a world that cries out to know GOD and all that embraces GOD. We are asking you to be the beacons of truth to shine onto this world. By aligning with this “truth” comes great responsibility:  Responsibility to self, to GOD and to others and to be aligned to the highest principles of divine truth, love and light in all that you do for self and others.

“Practical Mastery™” is designed to assist one in being “impeccable” in healing your self and others, as Bill Austin, the founder of Practical Mastery likes to say. Practical Mastery™ is designed to allow individuals to receive great levels of healing that is 100% aligned to the Creator. You can not manipulate another with this healing work or cause any imbalances in someone if they are not ready for the magnitude of this work.  These powerful tools have been created to be given and received in simplicity so that all individuals can be propelled into greater levels of mastery with ease and grace, all honoring their divine timing.
